Chanie Gluck is the Founder & CEO of 4D Global and host of the podcasts Leaders in Medical Billing and Growing Global. Chanie is a successful entrepreneur and seasoned veteran of the medical billing industry. She launched 4D Global, Inc. in 2015 after selling her medical billing company, 4D Medical, which she owned and operated for 13 years.

Chanie is a visionary entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the medical billing field. Her goal has always been to make healthcare more effective and efficient through the combination of technology and outsourcing capabilities. Under Chanie’s leadership, 4D Global has grown from a startup to a leading RCM company, making the Inc 5000 list three years in a row.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Chanie now splits her time between Scottsdale, AZ, California, and Florida. Chanie is passionate about helping other business owners succeed and realize their potential. Her hobbies include yoga, cycle classes, painting, and reading. She is a lifelong learner, world traveler, and enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
